Description: The web-cast "People with Developmental Disabilities and Family Care", provides responses to many common questions asked by consumers with developmental disabilities, their family members and guardians related to the Family Care program. The two part presentation covers four areas of interest: Part One: The Family Care Program Design and Part Two: Family Care Funding, Statewide Family Care Expansion, and the Transition to Family Care. The presentation has be developed to help people gain an understanding of the Family Care program. This presentation may also benefit other disability groups including people with physical disabilities and the elderly who may also be eligible for the Family Care program.
